Start onto I-75 N toward Tampa.

Merge onto I-275 N via EXIT 228 toward St Petersburg (Portions toll).

Take the 54th Ave N Westbound exit, EXIT26B.

Merge onto 54th Ave N.

Turn right onto 34th St N/US-19 N. Continue to follow US-19 N.
